Hear from a recent patron to our Runners clinic event:
“Came here for some ambiguous knee problems while running and lifting, and they were incredibly helpful for finding strategies to avoid pain. Brandon Young helped me over many many weeks with ways to adjust form both in the gym and on runs, and implementing those strategies has greatly improved both my performance and comfort. Additionally, staff is always kind, and usually having some sort of fun conversation. Great atmosphere.10/10 would recommend!!” – Lorelei S
