Ben Ashton PT, DPT

Ben is from Seattle, WA where he grew up playing a variety of sports and enjoying the outdoors. He went to Andrews University in Michigan where he played two years of basketball during his undergrad and continued on into the physical therapy program where he got his DPT. He is happily married to the love of his life, Kim, whom he met in PT school. Both enjoy camping and hiking in their spare time.

He has had several sports injuries where he had to do physical therapy which has helped guide him into a passion of helping others rehab their injuries to return to what they love to do. Ben wholeheartedly believes movement is healing and that it can help people live a healthy abundant life.
