Carolina Physical Therapy Mount Pleasant Clinic Details:
Our Mount Pleasant location is off of Highway 17, across from The Market at Oakland. We share a parking lot with Tony Pope State Farm, Atlas Healthcare, and Charleston Taekwondo. As you enter the parking lot, we are the second building on the left. If you miss the turn off of Highway 17 and reach the light at Sweetgrass Ace Hardware, you’ll need to make a U-turn and come back around.

Erin Davis, PT
Mount Pleasant Clinic Director
Erin received her Bachelor’s of Science from Clemson University and then attended MUSC for Physical Therapy. She became interested in this field because of her active childhood involvement in various team sports. She is certified in vestibular rehabilitation/concussion management and integrative dry needling. She has specialized training using the McKenzie method and manual therapy. She truly believes that motion is lotion and is passionate about getting people back to their everyday, pain-free, active lifestyles.
She is originally from New Orleans and now lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband and two children. When she is not at work, she enjoys being active outside, watching her children grow up too fast, and being with friends and family. She is an avid football fan and enjoys being actively involved in her church.
